Markus Burton - Extends impressive stretch Burton produced 24 points (8-20 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 5-6 FT), seven rebounds, one assist and one steal in 38 minutes during Wednesday's 56-54 victory over Stanford. Impact Burton reached the 20-point mark for the fourth game in a row, and the star floor general has scored at least 20 points in all but one of his last nine contests -- the lone exception was his two-point display in the loss to SMU on Feb. 19. Burton, who has been Notre Dame's best player by a wide margin in 2024-25, heads into the final game of the regular season with averages of 23.0 points, 3.9 rebounds, 2.8 assists and 1.6 steals per game over that nine-game stretch.
