The 6-foot-4 transfer guard's performance Saturday also matched his season high for points set just seven days prior versus West Virginia. Rice's massively increased role over this span should make him one of the Longhorns' top-two scoring options alongside starting shooting guard Marcus Carr, the latter of whom has posted 15.9 points per game across the last seven contests.
