ImpactBishop had one of his better games of the season in a win over the rival Sooners. It was his fourth start in his last five games. The Longhorn frontcourt dynamic has been interesting this season outside of Timmy Allen. Bishop, Dylan Disu, Brock Cunningham, and Tre Mitchell will all mix in most games fairly equally, but Bishop's 26 minutes in this one were a season high.

ImpactMitchell cleared the COVID-19 protocols Tuesday morning and was available after his one-game absence, but he saw limited action since he had yet to return to practice. According to Jeff Howe of 247Sports, coach Chris Beard hopes Mitchell will be back up to full speed for Saturday's game at Iowa State.
