Status still in limbo Figueroa appears to have yet to receive a waiver from the NCAA for immediate eligibility in 2020-21, as he did not take the court in the season opener against Missouri. Impact There hadn't been any indication leading up to Wednesday's opener that a waiver was forthcoming, so both Figueroa and teammate Aaron Estrada will continue to wait on the NCAA process. The Ducks could certainly use a third scoring option in Fgueroa, who finished last season as the leading scorer for St. John's at 14.5 ppg. Oregon's wing replacements did fare well in Figueroa's stead, however. Duquesne transfer Eric Williams started and played 36 minutes, tallying 13 points and nine rebounds. Rutgers transfer Eugene Omoruyi was even more stellar, posting a team-high 31 points to go along with 11 rebounds. It still wasn't enough, as Oregon fell by eight points and appears likely to fall from the top-25.
