ImpactSessoms drew the start with multiple Penn State players sidelined, though his team-high 15 points wasn't quite enough for the Nittany Lions to pull off the road upset. Still, Penn State is off to a better-than-expected 3-4 start to conference play, and Sessoms certainly deserves some of the credit with a 12.1 ppg scoring average -- good for third on the team. He's also improved his outside shooting in a big way this season, shooting 46.3 percent from distance, which is nearly 10 percentage points above his previous career best across three collegiate seasons.
