Mike Mitchell - Elite shooter this season Mitchell closed with 18 points (5-13 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 4-4 FT), four rebounds, two assists and one steal in 32 minutes during Tuesday's 85-77 loss to Nevada.

Impact Mitchell has been one of the top shooters in the country this season. He is making 3.4 three-pointers per contest and hitting at an absurd 55-percent clip. The sophomore is also putting up 14.3 PPG, 4.1 APG, and 1.3 SPG. Mitchell and Houston Mallette make up one of the top guard combos in the WCC. UC-Santa Barbara will be up next on Saturday.

Houston Mallette - 15 points in loss to Nevada Mallette finished Tuesday's 85-77 loss to Nevada with 15 points (5-14 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds and one assist across 38 minutes.

Impact Mallette has now scored in double figures in all but one game this season. The 6-5 guard had a strong freshman campaign, but has seen his numbers rise across the board as a sophomore. Mallette is putting up 14.9 points, 5.4 rebounds, 3.3 assists, and 2.9 three-pointers per contest. He will look to stay strong against UC-Santa Barbara on Saturday.

Impact Lewis has bounced right back from a wrist injury that cut short his freshman season and is now averaging 18.0 ppg following this career-best scoring performance. He's also shooting 63 percent from the field and 50 percent from distance, and while those numbers may not be sustainable, they're a vast improvement from what he was able to do in 21 games in 2021-22/
