Impact Brooks has scored no fewer than 13 points in each of his last eight games, averaging 18.1 points and 3.6 rebounds over that span. Canning 40.9 percent of 6.0 threes per game has been an offensive strong suit for the 6-foot-6 wing, but he's been a versatile offensive presence for Butler, succeeding with or without the ball in his hands.

Impact Brooks barely cracked the rotation in his first two collegiate seasons at Michigan State, but his role has grown significantly in his first year at Butler. The 6-6 wing has started all six games for the Bulldogs and reached double-digit scoring in each, leading up to a career performance Friday. His outside shooting has been particularly good, as he's cashed multiple three-pointers in all but one game and is shooting 37.8 percent from distance, so it comes as little surprise he was able to knock down five treys in the double-digit victory.
