Strong season debut Hubb posted 23 points (7-22 FG, 4-11 3Pt, 5-7 FT), six rebounds and two assists across 36 minutes during Saturday's 80-70 loss against Michigan State. Impact Hubb notched 23 points and paced Notre Dame in its season opener, but he struggled with accuracy -- he needed 22 shots to get to that scoring total and made just four of his 11 shots from behind the arc. Hubb averaged 12.1 points per game while shooting 38.5 percent from the field last season, though, so the accuracy has never been a vital part of his game.
