Not starting Saturday Breed is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against Villanova, Bill Koch of The Providence Journal reports.

Impact Breed has started in each of the last 13 games for the Friars and will head to the bench for the first time since Jan. 2. The 6-3 freshman has gone scoreless in his last two appearances while combining to go 0-for-6 from the floor which ultimately led to his demotion. David Duke will shift over to point guard while Greg Gantt moves into the starting lineup in his place.

Receives starting nod Gantt will start the regular-season finale versus Villanova, Bill Koch of The Providence Journal reports.

Impact Gantt's insertion into the starting lineup comes as a bit of a surprise considering he hasn't been part of the unit since Dec. 5 and he isn't a senior. He did, however, nearly match his season-high with eight points while adding four boards and one assist last time out, so it's possible that improvement played a role.

Encounters foul trouble in win Breed finished with zero points (0-2 FG, 0-1 3Pt), one rebound and three assists during 15 minutes in the 83-68 win over Xavier on Wednesday.

Impact Breed who was just coming off of a rather solid performance got into foul trouble early and it ultimately cost him the game. Breed has not been consistent at all this season let alone producing enough to warrant his starting spot. Thanks to his poor performance and iffy at best defense, Breed eventually gave way to fellow teammate Jared Bynum. Until Breed can fix his game, there are better options available.

Continue inconsistent form in loss Horchler posted nine points (2-8 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 4-5 FT), five rebounds, one assist and one block through 32 minutes during the 73-61 loss to Connecticut on Tuesday.

Impact Horchler has been in a weird form lately. The forward choses every game which category to produce in and only focuses on that category. He bounces between points and rebounds and can't produce in both simultaneously. It isn't to say that he is not producing, but his shooting efficiency is off and he struggles to stay in form. Monitor his play moving forward.

Impact Breed has been non-existent as of late, having trouble finding any sort of consistency. The guard has not seen double-digits in points in his last four matches and finally exceeded that here. However, his shooting efficiency is still not up to par. Breed also has not shown success outside the shooting department this year and he is better to pass for other options.
