The 6-11 forward is averaging 13.8 points and 7.8 rebounds while shooting 51.3 percent from the field, making a strong case for Big East freshman honors once it's all said and done. He and the Golden Eagles have an incredibly up-tempo matchup on tap when they head to St. John's on Saturday.

Leads secondary unit in winLewis recorded 11 points (5-9 FG, 1-1 3PT), six rebounds, one assist, one steal and three blocks in 22 minutes in the 79-69 win over Marquette on Tuesday.
ImpactLewis went above and beyond in the win Tuesday. The forward easily had one of his best performances of the year. Lewis not only led the secondary unit in points, but in production in general. He was active on both sides of the ball and proved to be an excellent role-player for the Golden Eagles. He has yet to start a match this season, but if he continues to play like this, there is no reason for him to not see the starting rotation.
