ImpactCastaneda was dealing with a groin injury over the Bulls' first two games of the year and wasn't in the starting lineup for Sunday's contest. However, he saw ample playing time off the bench against the Hokies during his season debut. It's unclear whether Castaneda will return to a starting role later in the year, but it's encouraging to see him return to the court.

ImpactSheppard has scored in double-digits in each of the Rams first there games, and flashed some peripheral stats to boot. It was a balanced scoring outing here, with four players reaching double-digits, but Sheppard played 31 minutes, the second-most on the team. He's looking like a solid option to be the Rams second offensive piece behind Fats Russell, giving him some nightly appeal.
