Heavy minutes in return Chatman had seven points (2-4 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-6 FT), four assists, three rebounds and a steal across 36 minutes off the bench in Tuesday's 91-89 OT loss to Rhode Island. Impact Chatman returned from an 11-game absence that was forced due to hand surgery, and while he wasn't in the starting five for this contest, he still played starter's minutes. Now that it's been proven he can handle a full workload -- even with some foul trouble -- look for Chatman to take over for Elijah Weaver in the near future. Weaver logged just 14 minutes in this contest and was scoreless on 0-for-5 shooting. Chatman, on the other hand, was averaging 9.6 points, 4.1 assists and 2.3 steals prior to his injury. He'll also presumably help take some of the ball-handling pressure off fellow senior Jalen Crutcher.
