Impact Kalkbrenner ended up playing a full 38 minutes though he was a game-time decision heading into the matchup with a lower body injury after missing out on Creighton's win against Notre Dame this past Saturday. The senior center appeared fully healthy in the big victory versus the Jayhawks, logging his best scoring game since the beginning of November. The big man hasn't quite been able to replicate his huge 49-point performance in the Blue Jays' opener, but he's still had a big role, as expected, on both fronts of the ball. He's now averaging 18.0 points, 8.8 rebounds and 2.8 blocks across eight games this campaign.
