DNP against LSU French (concussion) did not see the court Saturday against LSU.

Impact French is in concussion protocol, so it's not too surprising to see last season's leading rebounding sidelined another contest. What's impressive is that the Bllikens were still able to pick up a big non-conference resume booster and even out-rebounded the Tigers 30-to-22 in the contest. iThere should be plenty of time for French to get clearance prior to the next scheduled game, which is currently Dec. 5 against Arkansas-Pine Bluff. He'll be a big addition to a team that seems to have the makings of an Atlantic 10 champion.

Impact Jacobs missed time at the end of last season due to a suspension, but there doesn't appear to be any lingering consequences carrying into his junior year. He was one of the more active bench contributors in the opener, chipping in nine points, five rebounds, an assist and a steal.
