One of country's top scorers Sessoms had 35 points (15-22 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 3-3 FT), one rebound, four assists and one steal across 37 minutes during Saturday's 74-71 victory over Loyola Maryland. Impact Sessoms started his career as a high-volume scorer with Binghamton before making the move to the Big Ten, where his production with the Nittany Lions understandably fell off in his role as a sixth man. After moving to Coppin State for his fifth and final collegiate season, his production is now off the charts. He has yet to score less than 16 in a game this season and is now second in the country in scoring at 23.9 ppg. He has a tougher matchup against NC State on Tuesday, followed by games against East Carolina (Dec. 11) and George Washington (Dec. 13).
