Impact Walters only played one year with Alabama, averaging 5.4points and 2.4 rebounds, along with shooting 39.4 percent from the 3-point line on 12.2 minutes per game. The 6-foot-10 guard will search for a new team, and will likely garner interest with his build and athleticism for his size.

Leads scorers in Sunday scrimmage Walters had 29 points (10-16 FG, 7-12 3Pt, 2-3 FT) and three rebounds across 28 minutes in Sunday's defeat to TCU in a secret scrimmage, Nick Kelly of the Tuscaloosa News reports.
Impact Walters was not only Alabama's leading scorer, but he made all but one of the team's three-point baskets. Granted, the team was missing a lot of players, including Mohamed Wague, Mark Sears, Mouhamed Dioubate and Davin Cosby, but the outing from the freshman Walters was impressive nonetheless. There seems to be some minutes at at power forward open in the Alabama rotation, and Walters is positioning himself well -- along with fellow freshman Jarin Stevenson -- to earn them.
