Still contributes against SeattleGreen had a team-high 18 points (6-7 FG, 4-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT) to go along with two rebounds, two steals and an assist across 18 minutes off the bench Wednesday against Seattle.
ImpactGreen was mysteriously held out of the starting lineup, but after the game, coach Mike Hopkins noted that it was due to missed practice time (per Lauren Kirschman of the Tacoma News-Tribune). The senior guard was apparently feeling under the weather, but given he played, it's assumed he's free of any COVID-related concerns. Green is the unquestioned focal point of this team, sporting a usage rate nearly five percent greater than any other regular contributor. While the Huskies have started the year 1-3, Green and co. will have a chance to right the ship with a big conference matchup Saturday against Oregon.
