Undergoes foot surgery Moore (foot) is expected to miss the next 6-8 weeks after he underwent foot surgery on Monday, Gary Bedore of The Kansas City Star reports. Impact Moore suffered a broken foot during a pickup game two weeks ago which has required surgery to fix. The 6-foot-1 senior, who joined the Jayhawks this offseason, averaged 7.9 points, 2.2 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 0.8 steals on 23.4 minutes per game with Mississippi State last season. Moore's status for Kansas's game against DII Washburn on Oct. 29, remains up in the air, but the senior guard shouldn't miss many games as a result of the injury, with his return timetable brushing right up against the start of the 2024-25 season.
