ImpactCarpenter will not play after previously warming up ahead of Saturday's contest. The sophomore guard has started in 6 of 17 appearances this season, averaging 7.5 points and 1.3 rebounds in 18.2 minutes per game. His next chance to return is March 9, when the MEAC tournament tips off.

ImpactCoach Carmen Maciariello indicated Wednesday that Carpenter practiced Tuesday and could be a candidate to return to the floor Saturday. The sophomore's presence in warmups would seem to further that notion with conference tournament play just around the corner. Carpenter would likely play a limited role if he's indeed available for the first time since Feb. 18.
