Exhibition game cancelled South Carolina's exhibition game Wednesday has been cancelled due to a delay in COVID-19 testing results.
Impact Due to an abundance of caution, the Gamecocks decided not to play their exhibition game and instead turn their focus towards their regular season opener against Liberty on Saturday. Lawson is all set to lead the team this season after withdrawing from the NBA Draft this summer. The 6-6 junior averaged 13.4 points and 3.7 rebounds per game last season.
