Starting season opener Bailey will start at point guard for the Volunteers in Tuesday's season opener against Colorado, Wes Rucker of 247 Sports reports. Impact While Santiago Vescovi took on most of the ball handling in Tennessee last season, he'll shift over to shooting guard for the opener to allow the Oregon transfer to start. Bailey entered the Oregon program as a highly-touted recruit, and appeared in 73 games (eight starts) over two seasons. He was never a double-digit scorer, however, so he jumped ship to Knoxville where it already appears he'll have more opportunities following one season on the sidelines.
