Shaka Smart and Marquette: The perfect fit at the perfect time
Caleb Grill - Posts efficient outing in winGrill provided 17 points (4-9 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 6-6 FT), six rebounds, one assist and one steal across 37 minutes during Tuesday's 78-67 win over Texas.
ImpactGrill logged one of his better shooting performances of Big 12 play. The 6-foot-3 guard continued his role as the Cyclones' top three-point specialist, as he's now hit a career-high 38 percent of his 6.3 attempts per game from beyond the arc. This has also helped sustain Grill's career-high 10.9 points per game. However, he's still been rather hit or miss during conference play, as he went 1-of-6 and 1-of-5 from beyond the arc against Kansas and TCU, respectively. Grill does average 4.4 rebounds per game, though his overall value should be considered volatile due to his up-and-down shooting.

Dylan Disu - Plays 14 minutes in lossDisu accumulated 10 points (4-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds and one block in 14 minutes during Tuesday's 78-67 loss to Iowa State.
ImpactDisu logged one of his shortest outings of the season. While the 6-foot-9 senior has started all 17 of his games this season, his 16.8 minutes per game still ranks eighth on the Longhorns, as he's split playing time with reserve forwards Brock Cunningham (17.2) and Christian Bishop (16.8). Disu leads the team with 1.6 blocks per game, but rotation in Texas' frontcourt should strictly limit his upside moving forward.

Tyrese Hunter - Shooting woes continue in lossHunter ended with 10 points (3-11 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 2-3 FT), two rebounds and three assists over 33 minutes during Tuesday's 78-67 loss to Iowa State.
ImpactHunter logged his 10th double-digit scoring performance of the season, though it was just his third time doing so since Dec. 6. The 6-foot sophomore has also been rather inefficient through six conference games this season, converting a lousy 27.8 percent of his 9.0 field-goal attempts per game during this span. This also includes a 29-point outing against Kansas State on Jan. 3, in which he went 5-of-9 from three-point land and 8-of-16 overall. Given Hunter's lack of consistent production on the boards and as a distributor on offense, his fantasy value should prove rather low until/if he breaks out of this shooting slump.
