Kevin McCullar - Struggles from field in loss to KU McCullar finished with two points (1-11 FG, 0-4 3Pt), three rebounds, four assists and one block over 43 minutes during Monday's 94-91 2OT loss to Kansas.

Impact It was a nightmare shooting game for the do-it-all forward, which is sadly becoming a trend. Over McCullar's last five games he is shooting just 19 percent from the field and has failed to score more than seven points. Texas Tech is a great defensive team, but they need better offensive showings from McCullar and Terrence Shannon (1-10 FG) if they want to hit their full potential.

Davion Warren - Solid line in loss to KU Warren chipped in 15 points (5-9 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 4-6 FT), three rebounds, five assists and two steals in 30 minutes before fouling out of Monday's 94-91 2OT loss to Kansas.

Impact Warren ended up tying a season high with five assists in this contest. His 15 points also tied his second-highest scoring output of the season. Warren has started all 20 games this season and will look to continue his solid play on Saturday against Mississippi State.

Kevin Obanor - Strong showing in 2OT loss Obanor notched 17 points (6-8 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 4-6 FT), eight rebounds and three blocks across 35 minutes during Monday's 94-91 2OT loss to Kansas.

Impact Texas Tech's frontcourt was very strong in this contest as Obanor and Bryson Williams combined for 50 points and 13 rebounds. Obanor was also a force on the defensive end as well. The former Oral Roberts standout is starting to hit his stride, as he is putting up 16.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks per contest over the last three games.

Bryson Williams - Goes off for season-high 33 points Williams closed with 33 points (14-19 FG, 4-4 3Pt, 1-1 FT), five rebounds, one assist and one steal across 40 minutes during Monday's 94-91 2OT loss to Kansas.

Impact Kansas simply had no answer for Williams in this one on the interior. The Jayhawks threw a number of different bodies at Williams and he had a new move for every defender. His two highest scoring games of the season have now both come against Kansas. Williams will look to dominate on Saturday against Mississippi State.

Impact Allen has now missed three consecutive games due to illness, though he wasn't necessarily a featured rotation player prior to Saturday's outing. His best single-game minutes total this season is 15, and he saw three minutes combined in the three Big 12 games prior to the absence. It's possible the JUCO transfer is simply seeing decreased playing time as conference play heats up, which would also make sense if he's still anything less than 100 percent.
