Will miss a week following surgery Pierce (ear) is set to miss a week after undergoing ear surgery, Eli Hoff of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

Impact Pierce has missed the past seven games, and he'll miss at least one more as he recovers from a procedure on his ear that stemmed from a lingering illness. The forward is reportedly expected to resume practice next week. Pierce has played very sparingly this season, averaging 1.9 points and 1.3 rebounds across 6.4 minutes.

Ruled out Saturday Pierce (illness) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against Mississippi State, Eli Wolf of reports.

Impact Pierce will miss his fifth consecutive game as he continues to recover from an illness. His next chance to suit up will be for the meeting versus Mississippi on Feb. 17.

Game-time decision Tuesday Pierce (illness) is a game-time decision for Missouri's game Wednesday against Arkansas, according to Drew King of Rivals.com.

Impact In a Monday post from King, Missouri's head coach Dennis Gates confirmed that Pierce would be available Wednesday. But on Tuesday, Gates said the Tigers are unsure where Pierce is at health-wise, hence why his status is a game-time decision instead.
