The Commercial AppealAfter Memphis beat Tulsa, Penny Hardaway just wanted to get out of FedExForum. As fast as possible. Faster than he ever had as the Tigers' coach.

Sam Griffin - Doesn't startGriffin played his first game off the bench on the season and recorded 25 points (10-16 FG, 5-9 3Pt) and one steal during Tuesday's 67-64 loss to Memphis.
ImpactGriffin came off the bench but played 26 minutes after getting off to a hot start from the field which didn't slow down. It is unclear why Griffin didn't start, but it may be as a result of his dismal 14 points (6-20 FG) last game. Griffin figures to continue to hold a major place in the rotation for Tulsa and should return to the starting lineup.

Nikita Konstantynovskyi - First collegiate startKonstantynovskyi started his first career game for Tulsa and recorded one point (0-1 FG, 1-2 FT), eight rebounds, one steal and one block in Tuesday's 67-64 loss to Memphis.
ImpactKonstantynovskyi played 17 minutes for the Golden Hurricanes in a game that marked the freshman's first collegiate start. The 6-foot-10 center from Ukraine has averaged 0.8 points and 2.1 rebounds on 5.1 minutes per game so far this season, but he may see an increasing workload after a strong showing on the glass Tuesday.

LaDavius Draine - First career start for TulsaDraine made his first start for the Golden Hurricanes recording five points (2-6 FG, 1-5 3Pt), two rebounds, and one assist during Tuesday's 67-64 loss to Memphis.
ImpactDraine started but played only 12 minutes for Tulsa during Tuesday's game. Sophomore guard and normal starter, Sam Griffen, had the hot hand off the bench and played 26 minutes recording 25 points (10-16 FG, 5-9 3Pt). It is unclear why Griffen didn't start but it is unlikely Draine takes on a permanent starting role.

Josh Minott - First start for MemphisMinott recorded seven points (2-7 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 3-5 FT), 11 rebounds, five assists, and two steals, his first start Tuesday in a 67-64 win against Tulsa.
ImpactMinott was active on the glass for the Tigers in his first career start, hauling in a season-high 11 rebounds. Minott fouled out after playing 33 minutes, but Memphis still managed to win the game. Memphis is very thin at the Forward position with injuries so Minott should continue to see a heavy workload.

Alex Lomax - Inactive TuesdayLomax (ankle) did not play in Tuesday's 67-64 win against Tulsa.
ImpactLomax continues to remain sidelined with an ankle injury suffered in late December. In his 11 games this season he has averaged 5.9 points, 2.9 rebounds, three assists, and 1.7 steals in 23.9 minutes per game.
