The senior has reached double figures in all but one game this season on impressive shooting splits of 65/50/90. Calcaterra has taken on a lesser role thus far with San Diego having three capable transfer scorers.

ImpactTownsend's game-high 25 points weren't enough to lift the Toreros in the narrow defeat, which was his 10th career 25+ point effort. The prolific scorer and transfer from Denver has helped improved a San Diego offense that struggled mightily last season, as he's been actively involved with a 25.6 percent usage rate. San Diego is back in action today in a consolation final game against Illinois-Chicago.
