Josh Cohen - 13 points in exhibition game Cohen notched 13 points (3-4 FG, 7-8 FT), five rebounds, and one assist in Saturday's exhibition victory over Gonzaga.

Impact Cohen was had to deal with on the interior and was able to draw a lot of fouls on the Zags. Cohen is a very experienced scorer averaging 13.0 PPG, 21.8 PPG and 15.9 PPG the last three seasons. Cohen's job as the team's starting center appears to be safe on a team littered with wings, but no a whole lot of size outside of him. USC begins the regular season on Nov. 4 against Chattanooga.

Chibuzo Agbo - Solid showing in start Agbo got the start and put up 15 points (4-8 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 4-6 FT), seven rebounds and a block in Saturday's exhibition win over Gonzaga.

Impact Agbo joined Desmond Claude in the starting backcourt on Saturday and showed his ability to be a reliable three-point shooter, while also compete on the glass as he led the team in rebounds. Agbo is coming off a strong season at Boise State where he averaged 13.7 points, 5.1 rebounds and 2.3 three-pointers per contest. It appears he will not have much trouble transitioning to a Power Conference team like USC. The Trojans open the regular season on Nov. 4 against Chattanooga.

Saint Thomas - Inefficient in exhibition win Thomas went for nine points (4-13 FG, 1-5 3Pt), five rebounds, five assists, two blocks and a steal in Saturday's win over Gonzaga.

Impact Thomas had an off shooting night, but he was able to find other ways to contribute and help his team to a confidence building exhibition win over a very strong team. Thomas also played over 38 minutes in this one, as it appears coach Eric Musselman is going to have a hard time getting Thomas off the floor. The 6-7 forward averaged 19.7 points, 9.8 rebounds, 4.2 assists, 2.0 three-pointers and 1.7 steals per game last season and will look to have the same kind of impact Dalton Knecht did with a Power Conference team after spending the prior season with Northern Colorado.

Desmond Claude - Scores 19 in exhibition game Claude put up 19 points (6-12 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 7-8 FT), five assists, three rebounds, one steal and a block in Saturday's exhibition win over Gonzaga.

Impact Claude was a standout for Xavier last season averaging 16.6 points, 4.2 rebounds and 3.2 assists per contest. Even in a new setting with a lot of other very talented players it appears Claude is going to have no issues putting up strong numbers again this season with the Trojans. The 6-6 guard will open the regular season Nov. 4 against Chattanooga.

Terrance Williams - Leads USC to win over Zags Williams had a team-high 20 points (5-7 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 6-7 FT), three rebounds and a block in Saturday's exhibition win over Gonzaga.

Impact Williams helped his team make a big statement in Year 1 of the Eric Musselman era to defeat a very strong Gonzaga team. Williams started and was very efficient in this one. He is coming off a breakout season with Michigan in which he averaged 12.4 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.7 three-pointers per contest. This USC squad is loaded with a bunch of talented pieces to try and put together, but Williams appears he will be a focal point of the offense.
