David McCormack - Picks up ankle injuryMcCormack suffered an ankle injury during Tuesday's 78-52 win over UTEP, though it's not believed to be a serious issue, Jordan Guskey of The Topeka Capital-Journal reports.
ImpactMcCormack initially played through the injury after coming up limping, but he didn't see much action during the second half with the Jayhawks maintaining a comfortable lead. He finished the contest with eight points (3-6 FG, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, three blocks, one assist and one steal. McCormack will have a few days to recover before Saturday's matchup with Missouri.
