Through seven games, the senior point guard has improved his shooting percentages across the board in comparison to his 2020-21 campaign, so the increased volume in the absence of James Bouknight hasn't necessarily been a detriment to his efficiency.

UConn will jump right back into action Tuesday against Maryland-Eastern Shore, and Whaley shouldn't be facing any limitations in advance of that contest.
