Hunter Cattoor - Goes for 19 pointsCattoor recorded 19 points (7-10 FG, 5-7 3Pt), three rebounds, four assists and two steals over 34 minutes during Friday's 77-57 victory over Navy.

ImpactCattoor only had five points in the season opener and while he contributed in several other categories as well, his scoring figures were not promising. That changed in this one, however, as he was one of the main reasons why the Hokies raced out a blowout win over Navy. Cattoor is likely to be a starter for the first time since joining the program and all points to him having a strong year.

Keve Aluma - Impressive against NavyAluma contributed 20 points (5-9 FG, 10-10 FT), six rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal over 23 minutes during Friday's 77-57 win over Navy.

ImpactAluma only had eight points due to back soreness in the season opener, but that didn't seem to be an issue in this one as he carried the Hokies to a solid victory. One of the most promising and productive big men in the ACC, Aluma is looking to improve on what was a career-best season in 2020-21, when he averaged 15.2 points and 7.9 rebounds.
