Impact Meah fouling out in a 24-minute workload is partially indicative of why his workload has been limited in the first place. The absence of Franck Kepnang (knee) has opened the door for Meah to step up, but he hasn't been overly accountable in Washington's man scheme this season, while bring a rudimentary rim-runner doesn't add much offensive versatility. Even if Kepnang misses more time, production similar to Friday is a realistic expectation for Meah.

Impact According to Lars Hanson of Sports Illustrated, Kepnang took a hard fall last week against Seattle and did not return to the game after, which explains why he only saw 20 minutes in the contest. In his absence Thursday, Braxton Meah picked up the start and Wilhelm Breidenbach saw extra run. The Huskies now have a week off before beginning Pac-12 play at Colorado on Dec. 29, at which point Kepnang will presumably look to reclaim his starting role.
