Justin Powell - Transfers to Washington State Powell announced his decision to transfer to Washington State on Tuesday, Jonathan Givony of ESPN.com reports.

Impact Powell is heading to his third school in three years and will be joining the Cougars' program. The 6-foot-6 guard averaged just 3.7 points and 1.5 rebounds in 14.0 minutes for Tennessee last season and is likely seeking out a larger role with his new team. This news comes shortly after Mouhamed Gueye announced his return to Washington State after he withdrew his name form the NCAA transfer portal.

Mouhamed Gueye - Returning to Washington State Gueye removed his name from the transfer portal Tuesday and will be returning to Washington State in 2022-23, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.

Impact Gueye entered the transfer portal soon after he initially declared for the 2022 NBA Draft, but after deciding to stay in college, he'll also be sticking around at Washington State. The 6-foot-11 forward averaged 7.4 points and 5.2 rebounds per game across 22.0 minutes in 2021-22.
