ImpactYoung needs to work on his efficiency from the field with just 11 shots made from 26 over his first two games but good work on the boards and from the free throw line will keep his production steady. Though he had considered entering the NBA draft over the offseason, Young moved to the Terps in the hopes of developing even more in a tougher conference. The fact that he's taken so many shots is a good sign that he'll be a major part of the game plan and that could be as good of news as whatever else he can do away from making jump shots.

ImpactReese went from seven points and seven rebounds in Monday's opener against Niagara and practically doubled both areas by game two. As he continues to settle into a starting role for the Terps, Reese might be able to average a double-double at his best.

Donta Scott - Scored 18 in winScott closed Monday's 71-49 win over Niagara with 18 points (7-13 FG, 4-5 3Pt), six rebounds, two blocks and one steal across 35 minutes.
ImpactScott was one of two to play at least 30 minutes in the opener along with Jahmir Young and both were the only to score in double-figures. Already a solid rebounder who's averaged over 10 points in the last two seasons, Scott is looking to take a jump in production for the Terrapins.
