ImpactSchutt led the Hokies in scoring Monday. Even though Virginia Tech had to work harder than expected to get past Winthrop, Schutt's contributions were key to give the team a much-needed win. The sophomore has seen his scoring numbers rise with each passing game and is averaging 12.0 points per game in his first three outings this season.
