Eight points with the startersReuvers had eight points (2-8 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 4-4 FT), five rebounds, two assists and one block across 24 minutes in his return to the starting lineup Wednesday against Nebraska.
ImpactReuvers made his first start since Jan. 12 and played his most minutes since Jan. 7, but he ultimately scored less points than the 10.8 ppg he had been averaging over his previous five games. When Reuvers was removed from the starting five back in mid-January, he was replaced by sophomore Tyler Wahl. On Wednesday, he started alongside Wahl and in place of Micah Potter, who ended up with just five points in 15 minutes off the bench. It's anyone's guess if this alignment will continue when the Badgers host Michigan for an all-important Big Ten matchup on Sunday.

Limited in bench rolePotter had five points (1-2 FG, 3-4 FT), two rebounds, an assist and a block across 15 minutes in Wednesday's 61-48 victory over Nebraska.
ImpactPotter surprisingly came off the bench in this one after starting the first 20 games of the season for the Badgers, with Nate Reuvers returning to the starting five in his stead. No word of injury or discipline had surfaced, but the move resulted in Potter logging some of his lowest totals of the season in both scoring and minutes played. Granted, he didn't have a great game on the defensive end against the Illini on Saturday, but he's otherwise been a highly productive center for Wisconsin in 2020-21. It remains to be seen if this alignment will continue when the Badgers host Michigan on Sunday.

Inefficient against NebraskaFord recorded nine points (3-12 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds and one assist over 27 minutes in Wednesday's 61-48 win over Nebraska.
ImpactThe Badgers were unable to generate much offensive production against the Cornhuskers on Wednesday, but Ford tied for the second-highest scoring total on the team despite shooting just 25 percent from the field. The redshirt senior has gone through a cold stretch over the past three games but is still averaging 9.0 points and 4.2 rebounds over 25.8 minutes per contest this season.
