B.J. Mack - Career high against Gardner-Webb Mack closed Wednesday's 78-70 victory over Gardner-Webb with 28 points (10-17 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 8-11 FT), 13 rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal in 34 minutes.
Impact Mack began his collegiate career with USF but was used sparingly off the bench and transferred to Wofford before last season. He started five of a possible 21 games in the 2020-21 campaign but has been the Terriers' primary center so far in 2021-22. He's now recorded 24 and 28 points in his last two games and is leading the team in scoring at 15.5 ppg.

Impact The news of Jones' injury is a devastating loss for the Terriers. The 6-6 junior started in 24 of the last 25 games before missing Tuesday's action against South Carolina. Prior to suffering the injury Sunday, Jones was averaging 14.7 points, five rebounds, 1.3 steals and 1.3 blocks in 23 minutes per game. Sam Godwin got the start in his place, although it's unclear if he'll be a mainstay in the starting five.
