ImpactWilson made his return to the court after missing the first four games of the season with a back injury, but he saw less minutes than any other Gamecocks starter. It remains to be seen if Wilson will hang on to the starting role once Keyshawn Bryant returns from suspension, which is expected to happen Sunday against Rider.

Messiah Jones - Done for the yearJones suffered a season-ending Achilles injury during Sunday's win over Georgia Southern, David Cloninger of The Charleston Post and Courier reports.

ImpactThe news of Jones' injury is a devastating loss for the Terriers. The 6-6 junior started in 24 of the last 25 games before missing Tuesday's action against South Carolina. Prior to suffering the injury Sunday, Jones was averaging 14.7 points, five rebounds, 1.3 steals and 1.3 blocks in 23 minutes per game. Sam Godwin got the start in his place, although it's unclear if he'll be a mainstay in the starting five.
