Impact Poplar has been on a roll as of late, scoring double-digit points in seven of Nova's last eight games, and 17 or more in all but two of those matchups. The senior guard's efforts were no different against a tough Huskies squad, as he popped three shots behind the arc and ended with 18 points in the eventual two-point victory margin. If he continues to play like he's been playing alongside star forward Eric Dixon, the Wildcats could be a legit Big East contender moving forward.

Impact Poplar hasn't seen action since Dec. 29 against North Florida, when he was presumably limited to 15 minutes because of the ankle issue. After missing two games, he will rejoin the mix, though it remains to be seen if he'll immediately retake his spot in the starting unit after a couple of weeks off.
