ImpactBasile grabbed an impressive 29 rebounds through three games in the Horizon League tournament, building on a team-high 8.6 rpg average. He's also second on the team in scoring at 18.5 ppg, with 11 double-doubles so far on the year. As the Raiders search for their first ever NCAA Tournament win, Basile will give them some much-needed size to hopefully stay competitive against a high-major opponent.

Tanner Holden - Excellent Horizon League tourneyHolden notched 19 points (5-11 FG, 9-11 FT), four rebounds, one assist and three steals across 39 minutes during Tuesday's 72-71 victory over Northern Kentucky.
ImpactHolden has been the go-to player all season for a Wright State team that is now set to make it's fourth ever NCAA Tournament appearance. The 6-6 small forward leads the team in scoring at 19.8 ppg, plus chips in 7.1 boards, second to only Grant Basile (8.6 rpg). That pace has kept up through the Horizon League tournament, with Holden averaging 19.3 points and 8.0 rebounds over the three-game set. Now, the challenge will be keeping that up against what's likely to be a high-major opponent in the first round.

ImpactWright State was one of four teams grouped together within a half-game of each other in the Horizon League regular season standings, but the Raiders are now dancing thanks to a team-high scoring total from Calvin. The third-year guard is third on the team in scoring at 14.3 ppg, but he ramped that average up to 18.0 ppg in the postseason. As the primary ball handler, Calvin also ramped up his distributing with 15 assists over that three-game stretch. He and the Raiders will now head to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2018, though the program remains in search of its first ever victory in the Big Dance.
