Impact Tabbs fell out of the starting lineup in early-January and the program was subsequently shut down due to COVID protocol. The junior had yet to appear in any of the three games since the return to action. Boston College also fired head coach Jim Christian on Monday following a 1-9 record in ACC play, so the stage was set for Tabbs to seek a change of scenery. He missed the entirety of the 2019-20 season due to a knee injury but averaged 13.9 points and 3.9 rebounds as a freshman. Even in a tumultuous 2020-21 campaign, Tabbs still nearly matched that mark with a 13.3 ppg scoring average. He'll bring scoring -- especially three-point shooting -- to whatever program he lands with, and will likely have a long list of suitors.

It's not clear if the 6-2 guard will return to the Eagles next season or look for a new home to finish out his career.
