Previously a bubble team, it's unclear what the postseason holds for Wyoming. Regardless, the sophomore wraps up his season averaging 19.6 points and 9.6 rebounds per game while shooting 51.0 percent from the field.

Impact Maldonado is averaging 18.9 points, 6.3 assists, 5.8 rebounds and 1.1 steals in 37.0 minutes per game, so his potential absence would be a huge blow to Wyoming. If he's unable to suit up, Noah Reynolds or Deng Dut would likely have to step into a much larger role.

Impact After recording a triple-double in Monday's loss to San Diego State, Maldonado nearly accomplished the same feat, though he did at least record his sixth double-double. The 6-foot-7 point guard has been a fantasy gold mine all season for the Cowboys, though the team has suffered back-to-back losses and is now out of contention for a Mountain West regular season championship. Wyoming still has the makings of a tournament team, however, and will look to solidify that status in the regular season finale against Fresno State on Saturday before gearing up for the MWC tournament.
