ImpactMoncrieffe had started the last six games for the Cowboys but has seen inconsistent minutes and hasn't reached double-figure scoring in any game over that stretch. He's averaged a productive 6.2 rpg over that span, but Oklahoma State still elected ot roll with Rondel Walker as a starter in Sunday's loss. Walker ended up with zero points on 0-for-3 shooting and two turnovers in his 21 minutes, so he didn't exactly make a case for keeping that job. Still, Moncrieffe's season-low minutes total almost suggests an outside factor is in play, so it will be worth monitoring when the Cowboys take on Cleveland State on Dec. 13.
