The fifth-year also logged 33 minutes on the court, trailing only behind guard Ryan Conwell, meaning Freemantle's injury may be viewed as solely an afterthought as the season develops.

Impact Freemantle was fully cleared from the foot injury that kept him out the entire 2023-24 season back in May. He certainly looks well on his way to proving that he is one of the best big men in the country. Freemantle was efficient in just 23 minutes of action and seems to fit very well in coach Sean Miller's offensive scheme. The Musketeers will begin the regular season on Nov. 4 against Texas Southern.

Impact Freemantle appeared to be getting closer to returning to action over the past week, but he'll undergo season-ending surgery Tuesday and will be unavailable for postseason play.
