Signs with Tulane Brown-Stephens has signed with Tulane, Pete Nakos of On3 reports.

Impact Brown-Stephens will take a slight step down in competition, going from a Power Four university to a non-P4 school. At the very least, he is staying afloat for an FBS team that has lost two of its top-three wideouts due to maximized collegiate eligibility. During 2024, Brown-Stephens logged five receptions for 77 yards (15.4 averaged per reception) and two touchdowns. He also recorded seven carries for 31 yards.

Impact Brown-Stephens recorded 10 receptions for 121 yards and three touchdowns in two seasons at Kentucky. The former three-star recruit will now look for an opportunity elsewhere ahead of the 2025 campaign.

Impact This was by far the best game of the season, and likely the sophomore's collegiate career, as he had just seven catches for 70 yards and a touchdown in two years prior to this outing. Unfortunately, he is likely headed back to the bench at Texas next weekend.
