Anderson Castle - Tallies 22 touches Castle compiled 17 carries for 40 yards and hauled in all five targets for 13 yards during Saturday's 21-19 victory against East Carolina.

Impact Castle split carries in the first two games of the season but operated as the clear lead back in Week 3. He handled 12 more carries than any other tailback and also reeled in five passes. However, Castle wasn't very efficient, averaging merely 2.4 yards per touch. Castle has turned 33 carries into 148 yards and a touchdown while adding eight catches for 52 yards.

Joey Aguilar - Tops 400 yards Aguilar completed 32 of 47 passes for 424 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions during Saturday's 21-19 win against East Carolina. He also had eight rushes for 28 yards.

Impact After falling behind 16-0 in the first quarter, App State turned to a pass-heavy approach, resulting in career highs in passing attempts and yards for Aguilar. The senior signal caller did throw a pair of interceptions but the excess of volume made up for the mistakes. Through three games, Aguilar is 72-for-125 (57.6 percent) with 964 passing yards and seven total touchdowns.
