Impact According to an earlier announcement publicized by Karpman, Leavitt suffered a hard hit during Arizona State's game Saturday against Utah. The resulting rib injury will force him to miss this Saturday's game at Cincinnati. In his place, Jeff Sims will be ASU's starting quarterback then. However, Leavitt may not have to miss out multiple games if two weeks is the minimum time he misses.
