He sustained a broken fibula which is expected to heal on its own, but he'll require surgery to address an ankle injury. The senior will miss the remainder of the season but hopes to be ready to participate in pre-draft workouts. Over his four seasons at Texas A&M, Smith secured 127 of 207 targets for 1,612 yards and 17 touchdowns while rushing 67 times for 384 yards and four scores.
