Tanner Koziol - Nine catches in loss against VandyKoziol caught 9 of 10 targets for 68 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 24-14 loss to Vanderbilt.
ImpactKoziol was the only Cardinal to log a receiving touchdown, given his inelastic ability to still perform even when Ball State has a bad offensive day. The junior tight end has eight or more catches in the last five games, and his passing game role doesn't look to be slowing down any time soon.

Braedon Sloan - Performance drop-off in 10-point LSloan tallied seven carries for 28 yards and caught all four targets for 48 yards during Saturday's 24-14 loss against Vanderbilt.
ImpactSloan is coming off a two-touchdown performance this past week against Kent State, but that could be an anomaly as he was abysmal on the ground against Vandy. The senior running back will likely return to conference play next week as the Cardinals take on Northern Illinois at home.

Kadin Semonza - Doesn't get much going in lossSemonza was 21-for-29 passing for 190 yards and one touchdown during Saturday's 24-14 defeat to Vanderbilt.
ImpactSemonza logged a three-touchdown performance two weeks ago against Western Michigan, but he's scored just a combined two in the two games since then. The underclassman quarterback's inefficient passing as of late, and zero rushing upside stacks him at low output in terms of stats at this point in the season.
