Impact Smith has not played since Week 10 for undisclosed reasons, but it appears that he is ready to go Thursday in the Alamo Bowl. He has just two catches for 30 yards this season, so he's unlikely to make much of an impact on the game if he plays, but it's still a good sign to see him back healthy.

Chooses Oklahoma through portal Smith announced Monday via his personal Twitter account that he's committed to transfer to Oklahoma.

Impact Smith will now suit up for the Sooners next fall following Monday's announcement. Across three seasons at Texas A&M, the 6-foot-4, 255-pounder has operated as a reserve tight end, catching just two passes for one yard in that span.
