Impact The Houston transfer had his best day as a Minutemen on the ground. The junior has registered at least eight carries per game in the last four games. The four-yard touchdown run against FCS Wagner was only the second this season for Campbell. The Minutemen take on Mississippi State next on Nov. 2. Impact It was Campbell's first touchdown as a Minuteman. But he could not continue the momentum he had from the previous week where he ran for 36 yards on eight carries against Buffalo. The Houston transfer is still struggling to find his fit with UMass. The nine carries against Central Connecticut State does show that the coaches are giving him chances.
